9 to 10 a.m. 

• Fielding and Throwing Instruction
• Circuit training drills

10 to 11 a.m. 

• Fielding and Throwing challenges and contests

11 a.m. to 12 noon

• Fielding Scrimmages… Athletes will be divided into teams and will scrimmage with the offense hitting off tees in order to focus on fielding drills and situations. Great way for the players to learn what to do in certain situations while practicing at their own position.

Tuesday, June 2^nd

9 to 10 a.m.

• Speed and Conditioning Training by Athletes in Progress

10 to 11 a.m.

• Bunting Instruction
• Circuit training drills on bunting

11 a.m. to 12 noon

• Bunting strategy challenges and contests… Athletes will be divided into teams and will participate in challenges and contests that will enhance their bunting skills. Coaches may want to view this session for ideas on how to practice bunting.

Wednesday, June 3^rd

9 to 10 a.m.

• Hitting instruction and demonstrations
• Hitting stations

10 to 11 a.m.

• Hitting to the opposite field and slapping instruction and demonstration
• Hitting and slapping stations

11 a.m. to 12 noon

• Hitting strategy challenges and contests… Athletes will be divided into teams and will participate in challenges and contests that will enhance their hitting and slapping skills. Coaches will want to see this session for practice hints and ideas.

Thursday, June 4^th

9 to 10 a.m.

• Speed and Conditioning Training by Athletes in Progress

11 a.m. to 12 noon

• Team scrimmages… Athletes will be divided into teams by age groups will start each inning with different strategies. This is a great way for them to learn various strategies and how to attack them both offensively and defensively.
